Web dashboard to manage & schedule posts across multiple X (Twitter) accounts

I need a simple web dashboard to manage several X (Twitter) accounts from one screen. This is a small, well-scoped MVP — please only bid if the scope below is realistic for the budget. What it must do: 1. Connect multiple X accounts and switch between them from a single dashboard. 2. Post now — write a tweet and post it to a selected account, or to several accounts at once (bulk post). 3. Schedule posts — pick a date/time and have the post go out automatically (background job / cron). 4. Simple queue view — see scheduled and posted items per account, with the ability to edit or delete a scheduled post. Tech (preferred, flexible): - Frontend: React (TypeScript). Backend/DB: Supabase or similar is fine. - Clean, minimal UI. Mobile-friendly is a plus but not required. Out of scope (do NOT include): - Analytics/follower tracking, auto-reply/auto-DM, AI content generation. - Anything requiring a paid X API tier — please tell me upfront which X API plan/limits your approach assumes. Deliverables: - Working source code (GitHub repo) + short setup/deploy instructions. - A quick walkthrough (screen recording or a live demo call) showing it working with 2+ accounts.
