Xodo / Apryse Dev – Angular Template Loader (Short-Term)

BIPPO LLC (Dallas, Texas) – Real estate brokerage & investment firm We are building XODO, our internal contract and document management platform that powers the BIPPO Investor Tool. Job Overview We need an experienced Xodo / Apryse specialist for a short-term gig to build two key features: A template loader that dynamically loads, manages, and auto-populates at least 10 Texas TREC forms (and potentially more) plus custom contract templates inside Apryse WebViewer. An envelope system tied to a subscription/credit model where users can purchase envelopes (or credits) as needed for e-signatures. This is a focused, short-term project (milestone-based) with clear deliverables. Key Responsibilities Build and integrate a template loader using Apryse WebViewer + Xodo Sign API capable of dynamically loading, managing, and auto-populating at least 10 Texas TREC forms plus custom contract templates (with form-filling and auto-population from BIPPO Investor Tool data) Implement a complete envelope system for multi-party e-signatures, including creation, sending, status tracking, and webhook handling Connect the envelope system to a pay-as-you-go subscription model (users purchase envelopes/credits on demand) Ensure secure document handling, versioning, audit trails, and full compliance with ESIGN Act, UETA, and Texas real estate rules Work with our existing Angular frontend and backend architecture Collaborate with our Figma designer to deliver polished, intuitive UI flows Deliver clean, well-documented, testable code Required Qualifications 4+ years hands-on experience with Xodo PDF SDK, Xodo Sign API, or Apryse PDFTron SDK / WebViewer (non-negotiable) Strong proficiency in Angular (this is the framework BIPPO uses – must be expert level) Backend experience with Node.js, PHP (Laravel/Symfony), Python, or .NET Proven experience with PDF manipulation and envelope-based e-signature workflows Experience building or integrating document/template systems and subscription/credit purchasing flows Solid understanding of AWS (S3, etc.) and secure document workflows Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a short-term engagement EXPERIENCE WITH US REAL ESTATE CONTRACTS IS A DEAL MAKER Big Plus Previous work with Texas TREC forms or real estate contract tools Portfolio examples of Xodo/Apryse template or envelope implementations Project Details Type: Short-term contract gig (milestone-based, estimated 3–6 weeks depending on scope) Location: Fully remote (U.S. preferred, Central Time Zone strongly preferred) Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Budget: Competitive hourly rate or fixed milestone pricing – we pay well for proven Xodo/Apryse experts How to Apply Please reply with: “XODO-BIPPO” in the first line of your proposal Link to your GitHub, portfolio, or past Xodo/Apryse project examples Brief description of your most relevant Xodo/Sign API or template/envelope project Your hourly rate or total project quote
