AI chat bot for WhatsApp, Instagram and Email

Freelance Developer: WhatsApp, Instagram and Email Bot Integration Project Overview We run an AI Chat platform (built on the pipecat framework) that already handles customer conversations through voice and web chat. We need a developer to extend the same AI to three additional channels: WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct Messages, and Email. The AI logic itself is already built and will not change. What we need is the connective layer, the adapters, that bring incoming messages from each of these three channels into our existing AI and send replies back out through each platform's own API. Scope of Work WhatsApp Business integration via the Meta Cloud API Receive incoming messages, route them to our existing AI, send replies back through the WhatsApp API Instagram Direct Message integration Same pattern as WhatsApp: receive, route to the AI, reply through Instagram's messaging API Email integration Receive and parse incoming emails (handling signatures, quoted history, HTML formatting) Match incoming emails to the right customer and conversation thread Route to the AI and send replies in a properly formatted email Specific backend integrations (CRM, order systems, and so on) will be scoped in more detail once we're underway. What You'll Need Strong experience with Python Experience building integrations with messaging platform APIs (Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp, Instagram Messaging API) Experience with email parsing and threading Comfortable working with REST APIs and webhooks Familiarity with pipecat or willingness to get up to speed on it quickly Ability to work independently against a written requirements document Deliverables Working WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email adapters connected to our existing AI Basic documentation of what was built and how each adapter work
