AI Content Automation Specialist — Storyboard-to-Video-to-Publishing Pipeline (Claude Desktop)

Project Overview I'm looking for an automation specialist to build a complete, self-hosted (or low-cost) AI content pipeline for a good-cause / NGO-oriented project. The pipeline should take an idea through to storyboard, AI-generated video with characters/animation, thumbnail images, voiceover, subtitles, and then automatically publish across social media channels — plus trigger a related email campaign. I want this built primarily on Claude Desktop / Claude Code, open-source automation tools (e.g. n8n), and free or nominal-fee APIs, with clear documentation and a short training handover so I can operate and maintain it myself afterward. This is a one-time setup project (not an ongoing agency retainer). Ongoing costs should be limited to API usage and basic hosting, which I will pay for separately and directly. Scope of Work 1. Idea → Storyboard Set up an AI workflow (Claude-based) that takes a content idea/topic and generates a structured storyboard: scene breakdown, characters, dialogue/narration script, shot descriptions. 2. Image & Thumbnail Generation Connect an image-generation tool/API (open-source or low-cost, e.g. Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar) to generate scene images and character art from the storyboard. Auto-generate a thumbnail image per video based on storyboard content. 3. Video Assembly Connect an AI video generation tool (open-source or API-based, nominal fee acceptable) to animate scenes/characters into a video sequence. 4. Voiceover & Subtitles Integrate text-to-speech (open-source or low-cost API) for narration/character voice. Auto-generate synced subtitles/captions for the final video. 5. Automation & Orchestration Use n8n (self-hosted, open-source) or an equivalent free/low-cost automation tool to connect all the above steps into one pipeline, triggered from a single input. Use Claude Desktop/Code and/or MCP agents/connectors wherever they simplify the workflow (e.g. content generation steps, API orchestration). 6. Social Media Publishing Automate posting of the finished video + thumbnail to specified social platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn — to be confirmed). 7. Email Campaign Automation Set up an automated email campaign (via a free-tier or low-cost tool such as Brevo, Mailchimp free tier, or similar) that notifies/promotes the new video content to a mailing list. 8. Hosting & Handover Deploy the automation (e.g. n8n) on a low-cost host (e.g. a small VPS) — hosting cost to be paid directly by me, not marked up. Provide a short training/walkthrough (recorded video or live session) so I can operate, update, and troubleshoot the pipeline independently going forward. Provide basic written documentation of the setup (what's connected where, login/API key locations, how to modify the workflow).
