Convert Images to Closed-Contour SVGs

I have one illustrations that need a quick but precise build to SVG with every path is completely closed “closed contour” . Because these graphics will be scaled for print materials, I can’t afford stray anchor points or gaps that could ruin the edge quality on plate-making or laser cutting...
