Create a news tracking AI agent

I want to build a simple research tool for prediction markets. It will help me determine whether Donald Trump will publicly say certain words or phrases during a monthly time period. (For Example will he say- Make America Great Again in August) The reason I want this is because I think these markets can be researched better. Instead of guessing, I want a tool that helps organize the key information and gives me a clearer view of whether a word is likely to be said, unlikely to be said, or uncertain. The tool should let me add historical results (Previous words said), track how often each word has hit before, see when it last hit, and check whether Trump has used the word recently. It should also help analyze what Trump has been talking about lately, what current news is relevant to him, and what general topic the word belongs to, such as immigration, trade, economy, election, or foreign policy. For each word, I want the tool to give a simple recommendation: * Likely Yes * Likely No * Unsure It should also show a short reason for the recommendation. After each monthly period ends, I want to enter the final result so the tool can track whether the recommendation was right or wrong and update the word’s history. This does not need to place trades or be overly complex. A simple dashboard, Google Sheet, Airtable, or lightweight web tool is fine. The goal is to help me make more informed decisions, not automate everything. I use to trade stocks, there were a lot of support tools. Now I want to get into the prediction market, This will help me analyze. Please tell how long it will take you to build this, how simple will it be to use & if you have experience doing something similar in the past?
