react-js, mysql

We have a custom-built appointment tracking system hosted on Railway that our team uses daily. It has several critical bugs that need to be resolved immediately. This is an urgent engagement — we need someone who can move fast, communicate clearly, and ship real fixes. The system: -Railway hosted, TypeScript monorepo -Express + tRPC backend -MySQL database via Drizzle ORM -Two separate React 19 frontend apps (admin portal + advisor portal) sharing one backend -Vite, Tailwind, Zod, React Query What's broken: -Status updates not saving or syncing between views -Data inconsistencies between the two frontend apps -Reporting counts are off Hard requirements: -tRPC — non-negotiable, the entire API layer runs on it -Drizzle ORM + MySQL — must be able to trace issues at the DB level -React 19 + React Query — data fetching, caching, and state sync -TypeScript — strictly typed codebase throughout -Railway — deployments, env variables, logs -Claude Code — we use it as our primary dev tool, you need to be actively using it in your workflow How this works: -We start with a paid audit. You review the codebase, document root causes, we align — then fixes get shipped. If you're a good fit there's ongoing work available. -To apply, answer these three questions or your application won't be reviewed: 1. Describe a broken system you were brought in to fix that someone else built. What was wrong, how did you find it, and what did you change? Keep it simple — explain it like the person reading this isn't a developer. 2. If you jumped into our codebase and got stuck on something, walk me through exactly what you'd do next. Be specific. 3. What does your first 48 hours on this project look like?
