Full-Stack AI Engineer (or a tight-knit two-person team: AI/RAG Developer + Frontend Developer)

Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer (or a tight-knit two-person team: AI/RAG Developer + Frontend Developer) to build a cutting-edge legal tech platform tailored for the Saudi Arabian market. The core of the platform is an advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system capable of accurately and safely searching private databases of Saudi legal texts. Because the platform will serve Arabic-speaking users, native Right-to-Left (RTL) frontend mastery is an absolute requirement. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work Advanced RAG Architecture: Build a robust RAG pipeline connecting LLMs (OpenAI/Claude) to a private database of Saudi laws to ensure accurate, hallucination-free legal retrieval. Legal Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts that understand Saudi legal context. Specifically, the system must be capable of drafting formal legal complaints (Al-Sahifa Al-Iftitahiya) using precise terminology required by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. Frontend & RTL Development: Build a clean, intuitive, and modern UI that natively supports Arabic. This includes flawless UI mirroring for chat interfaces, text fields, and sidebars. Full-Stack Integration: Connect the AI backend seamlessly to the frontend via secure, high-performance APIs. Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous data privacy, encryption, and secure database management to protect highly sensitive legal data. Required Skills & Experience 1. AI, RAG & Backend Languages/Frameworks: Python, FastAPI, or Node.js. AI Ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Anthropic (Claude) API. Vector Databases: Pinecone, Chroma, or Weaviate. Expertise: Advanced document chunking, semantic search tuning, and hallucination mitigation. 2. Frontend & RTL Mastery Frameworks: React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js. UI/UX: Flawless implementation of RTL (Right-to-Left) CSS/Tailwind, UI mirroring, and Arabic typography. 3. Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred) Familiarity with Saudi Arabian legal structures, or prior experience building legal tech / compliance platforms.
