Budżet: $250.0 FIXED / ⭐ 4.04 (4) GBR

Project Title: Build Minimum Viable Progressive Web App (PWA) for local political canvassing Canvassing Project Overview We need a simple, functional web app for local political canvassing. The app must support: Admin tool to generate printable leaflets with QR codes (linking to opt-out form and pre-canvass concern form). Public-facing forms for residents (via QR) to opt out or submit local issues. Canvasser mobile interface: GPS / location identification (using browser GPS + OpenStreetMap), quick buttons + free-text for recording household concerns, real-time basic AI analysis (categorization/summary of issues). Simple admin dashboard to view responses, map concerns, and generate follow-up lists. Data stored securely with GDPR considerations. Key Constraints Absolute minimum budget — we are a local volunteer branch with very limited funds. Use free-tier only services where possible (Next.js on Vercel Hobby, Supabase free tier, free mapping/AI APIs with generous limits). Prioritise a working MVP over polish. No native iOS/Android apps — a Progressive Web App (installable via browser) is sufficient. Focus on reliability for small-team use (dozens of canvassers, hundreds/thousands of households). Required Tech Stack (non-negotiable for cost reasons) Next.js (React + TypeScript) Supabase (Auth, Postgres, Realtime) Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui Leaflet.js + OpenStreetMap for maps PWA setup (manifest + service worker) Simple integration with a cheap/fast AI API (e.g. Groq or Hugging Face) for concern analysis Deliverables Fully functional, deployed app on Vercel. Clean, documented code on GitHub. Basic user instructions (especially for iOS “Add to Home Screen”). Handover including login credentials and brief demo. Timeline Flexible — aiming for a usable MVP in 2–4 weeks. Budget Please quote your lowest realistic fixed price for the MVP. We have extremely tight constraints and will favour developers who can deliver efficiently using the specified free-tier stack. If you have experience with Next.js + Supabase PWAs and can work within a very limited budget, please apply with: Relevant portfolio/examples Estimated cost and timeline for the MVP Any questions Thank you — this is for a local community political initiative.
