Full-Stack Developer Needed to Rebuild SaaS — AI Artwork Portal, CRM, Stripe, APIs & Print Workflow

I have built a working prototype of a SaaS-style web app in Lovable for a business called MySignSells. I now need an experienced full-stack developer to use the existing Lovable project as the foundation/reference and rebuild the platform properly so it is cleaner, more reliable, easier to maintain, and ready for launch. This is not a basic website job. The current Lovable app already shows the general business flow, branding, customer portal, artwork flow and admin CRM concept. I do not want someone to start from a blank page and guess. I want the developer to review the current Lovable/GitHub app, use it as the working prototype, keep the best parts, and rebuild the platform properly with clean code and reliable functionality. ABOUT THE BUSINESS MySignSells is a subscription signage platform. Customers subscribe to a plan, receive an illuminated double-sided A-frame sign, and use a customer portal to request new promotional artwork for that sign. The core offer is: - customer signs up online - customer selects a plan - customer completes a company and identity check - customer signs an agreement - customer pays through Stripe - customer enters their portal - customer creates AI-generated artwork - customer approves the artwork - the artwork moves to production - I print the artwork/sign insert - I ship it to the customer The most important flow in the whole business is: customer submits their sign artwork request, the artwork is approved, it moves to production, it is printed, and then shipped to the customer. The attached project confirmation document explains that this flow is currently not fully working and needs to be properly built. WHAT I NEED BUILT I need a sale-ready MVP, not every future feature. This app has several connected workflows: - customer signup - identity/business verification - Stripe subscription billing - contract signing/storage - customer portal access - artwork entitlement tracking - AI artwork generation - customer proof approval - admin production workflow - print-ready artwork preparation - shipping/label workflow - email/SMS notifications - CRM/customer history I need someone who can think through the full workflow, not just build screens. ARTWORK WIZARD REQUIREMENTS The artwork wizard is the most important part of the platform. There are two customer paths: 1. Standard Request This is the fast path. The customer provides a simple promotion, logo/background/QR choices, and the AI does most of the work. 2. Multiple Requests This is the detailed path. The customer selects a layout and can edit text/images more directly, similar to a basic Canva-style flow. The AI must respect their exact words and uploaded images and only polish the design. The system must support: - layout selection - editable layout fields - uploaded images - logo upload - AI logo option - QR code toggle - website colour/tone sweep - AI artwork generation - proof review - revision requests - approval to production - print-ready output The AI must not ignore customer inputs. If the customer enters exact text or uploads photos in Multiple Requests, that content must appear in the final artwork. PRINT / PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS The approved artwork needs to move into a production/admin workflow. The system should allow me to: - see approved artwork jobs - prepare artwork for print - account for size, bleed, safe margin and quality requirements - print poster/artwork when ready - create/print shipping labels where required - track production and shipping status Experience with print workflows, label printing, Starshipit/Australia Post, or print-on-demand systems is highly valuable. WORKFLOW The project is already connected to GitHub. Developer workflow: - review the current Lovable/GitHub project - create a branch - rebuild/refactor properly - commit cleanly - open pull requests - provide milestone demos - do not work directly on main without approval I want this as a fixed-price project split into milestones. I am targeting approximately US$30/hour equivalent. Please quote honestly based on the scope and your estimated hours. This is intended to be a sale-ready MVP, not a giant future platform. I do not need a native mobile app, advanced dashboards, full marketing campaign system, advanced AI operations dashboard, or future-version features unless separately agreed.
