Hostinger hosrizons payal payment fix

Hey, i am having issues in paypal payment flow on my website made through hostinger horizons. The user does not redirect to a payment successful page but instead goes to a payment failed page. The data base on hostinger is also not updated from pending to paid. Also an automatic confirmation email is not being sent. Can you help me with these issues? Would love you hear back
