MVP Project: Simple Tender / Marketplace Platform

Am looking for a freelance developer to build a simple MVP version of a tender/job marketplace platform. The goal is to launch a basic working version quickly, not a full-scale system. The platform will connect: Private users who post jobs Businesses who send offers This is an MVP to test the idea in the market. 1. User Accounts Simple registration and login Two user types: Private users Business users 2. Posting (Tenders), Private users can: Create a job post Add title and description Select category Add location Set optional budget 3. Browse & Offer System, 3.1- Businesses can: View job posts Filter by category (basic) Submit an offer with: Price Short message 3.2 Private users can: View offers Accept or reject offers 4. Basic Messaging Simple chat between user and business No advanced real-time system required (basic is fine) 5. Basic Admin Panel View users View job posts Delete content if necessary 6. Design Requirements Simple and clean UI Mobile-friendly (important) No complex design system required 7. Database A simple relational database is required to store: Users Job posts Offers Messages Keep structure simple for MVP. 8.You can choose the simplest and fastest stack you prefer. Suggested (but not required): React / Next.js Node.js PostgreSQL or Supabase 9.Deliverables Working MVP web application Basic admin panel Database setup Source code Short setup instructions 10.
