Senior Product Engineer (Go/Python) - Telematics & Agentic Products

We're a fast-moving tech team building telematics and AI-agent products. We need one strong individual contributor who can own features end to end - decide what to build, then ship it fast at high quality. Not a task-taker. A builder with product instinct. What You'll Do: - Own product features from idea to production - design, build, ship - Build backend services and agent/MCP integrations in Go and Python - Turn telematics/fleet APIs into clean, reliable product features - Move fast with founders; full-stack when the work calls for it - Make product calls, not just implement specs What We're Looking For: - Proven track record shipping real products as an IC - this is the #1 requirement - Strong in both Go and Python (services, APIs, async, data modeling) - Telematics/fleet data experience OR agentic/LLM/MCP development — ideally both - Genuinely good across every area you touch - no weak spots - Solid Docker and Git - Product sense: you ship the right thing, not just a working thing Nice to Have: - Full-stack (TypeScript/React) - Rust - FastMCP / MCP SDK or agent-framework experience Engagement: - Contract-to-hire — start with a paid trial project, convert to full-time if it's a fit - Fully remote - Competitive, based on experience To Apply Share a product you shipped end to end, your Go/Python plus telematics or agentic background, and weekly availability.
