Agentic AI Platform Architect - 2-Hour Strategy Consultation (Real Estate, HealthTech & FinTech)

I'm building an agentic AI platform that spans three connected verticals (real estate, healthtech, and fintech) and I'm looking for a senior consultant to pressure-test the architecture and direction in a focused 2-hour session. The core thesis is that these three industries share overlapping workflows like identity/KYC, document-heavy processes, compliance, transaction lifecycles, and high-trust client interactions, so a shared agentic layer could serve all three rather than building three siloed products. I want to validate or challenge that assumption with someone who has actually built agentic systems in production. What I want to cover in the 2 hours: - Whether a unified agentic platform across these verticals is sound, or where it breaks down - Architecture patterns for multi-agent orchestration (planning, tool use, memory, human-in-the-loop) - How to handle the compliance/regulatory differences (HIPAA in health, financial regulations in fintech, real estate disclosure rules) within one platform - Build vs. buy on the agent framework layer (e.g., LangGraph, custom orchestration, etc.) - The biggest technical and product risks you'd flag based on your experience What I'm looking for in you: Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic AI systems, not just LLM wrappers or chatbots Real production work with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and reliability/eval at scale Bonus if you've worked in any of these regulated verticals (real estate, healthcare, or financial services) Able to think at both the architecture and product-strategy level
