AI Agent Engineer Needed to Build & Maintain OpenClaw / Hermes Business Assistant

I’m building a new personal development/coaching/content business and want to hire an experienced AI automation engineer to help me set up an agent system that can help me launch, operate, and scale the business. I’m specifically interested in using OpenClaw and/or Hermes Agent, but I’m open to recommendations if another architecture is more stable. The goal is not just to install a toy agent. I need a reliable, secure, always-on business assistant that can help with research, content workflows, project management, CRM follow-up, calendar/email support, task automation, and eventually internal business operations. Initial scope: 1. Review my goals and recommend the best architecture: OpenClaw, Hermes, or hybrid. 2. Install and configure the agent stack on a VPS or local/cloud setup. 3. Connect it to selected tools safely: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Telegram/Discord/Slack, Notion/CRM if needed. 4. Set up memory, workflows, automations, and tool access. 5. Build initial business-specific agents/workflows, such as: * Content research assistant * Coaching/business operations assistant * Lead follow-up assistant * Daily planning / priority assistant * Business knowledge base / RAG assistant 6. Add monitoring, logging, backups, and clear documentation. 7. Provide ongoing support so the agents do not break. Important: I care more about reliability and security than flashy demos. I do not want someone who only knows how to make a basic chatbot. I need someone who understands agent infrastructure, tool permissions, failure recovery, and practical business automation. Required skills: * Python * TypeScript / Node.js * Docker * VPS/cloud deployment * LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, etc. * Agent frameworks / MCP / tool-calling * RAG / vector databases * Google APIs * Automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom workflows * Strong documentation and communication Nice to have: * Experience with OpenClaw * Experience with Hermes Agent / Nous Research ecosystem * Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Code, or similar * Experience building AI systems for solopreneurs, coaches, creators, or agencies Deliverables: * Working installed agent environment * Connected communication channel * Initial set of business workflows * Documentation showing how to use, restart, update, and troubleshoot the system * Security/permissions overview * Maintenance plan To apply, please answer: 1.
