AI Automation + Dashboard Specialist for Meta Ads, Google Sheets & Slack Alerts

# Upwork Job Post: AI Automation + Reporting Dashboard Specialist We are looking for an automation/data specialist to help us build an internal reporting dashboard and alert system. The project involves pulling performance data from Meta Ads and appointment data from Google Sheets, then using that data to create a simple dashboard, automated alerts, and weekly reporting. We are also interested in using AI tools such as Manus, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar if they are suitable for the workflow. ## What We Need At a high level, we need help with: * Pulling selected data from Meta Ads * Pulling appointment data from Google Sheets * Creating a simple internal dashboard * Setting up Slack alerts when certain account conditions are triggered * Creating basic weekly performance reports * Advising on the best tools/workflow for the system One required alert will be triggered when an account has no booked appointments for 3 consecutive days. We will provide the full data fields, logic, and access details during the discovery phase. ## Tools That May Be Involved Possible tools include: * Manus * Meta Ads Manager * Google Sheets * Slack * Looker Studio * Make * Zapier * n8n * Google Apps Script * APIs or other reporting tools We are open to your recommendation on the best setup. ## Important Notes * We want a practical and reliable MVP first. * We do not want an overcomplicated enterprise build. * The system should be easy for a non-technical team to use. * Data accuracy is more important than visual design. * Meta access should be read-only where possible. * The system should not make changes to ad campaigns. * We need basic documentation so we understand how the workflow works. ## Payment Structure We would like to begin with a short paid discovery phase on an hourly basis. The discovery phase will be used to review the current setup, understand the data sources, confirm the technical approach, and define the MVP scope.
