AI expert for generating images, carousels and videos to post on social media

Overview We are looking for an experienced developer to build a fully automated content-generation system for our social media / marketing workflow. The system will generate content ideas, produce visual assets (images, carousels, and ideally short videos), store them in Google Drive, and notify our team via Telegram when each batch is complete. The goal is a "hands-off" pipeline that runs on a schedule with minimal human intervention. We strongly prefer a lean architecture that relies on as few external platforms as possible. What the system needs to do Idea generation — The system should generate content ideas by drawing on three inputs: Example profiles of strong content creators in our niche (used as a style/reference benchmark). Topics and trends pulled from Italian news sources covering software, hardware, and IT in general. Documentation for our proprietary ERP software system (provided by us). Asset production — Based on the generated ideas, the system should automatically produce: Images Carousels (multi-image posts) Short videos (highly desirable; we understand this may add complexity and are open to discussing feasibility). Storage — Completed assets should be saved automatically to a designated folder in our Google Drive. Notification — When a batch is finished, the system should send a notification to our team via Telegram. Technical requirements The AI/generative layer must use our Claude API key (Anthropic). Please describe how you would use it for both the ideation and, where applicable, the asset-generation steps. The solution must run on a Linux server with cPanel. PHP is our preferred language, but we are open to alternatives if you can justify the choice and confirm it runs reliably in our environment. Minimize the number of third-party platforms and services. Simpler and more maintainable is better. Clean, documented, maintainable code with clear setup instructions. Deliverables A working, deployed automation pipeline covering all steps above. Source code with documentation. A short setup/maintenance guide so our team can operate and adjust the system after handoff. A walkthrough (call or written) explaining the architecture. Skills we're looking for API integration (Anthropic/Claude, Google Drive API, Telegram Bot API). Automation and scheduling (cron jobs or similar). PHP (or a justified alternative) in a cPanel/Linux environment. Experience with generative media (image/video generation tooling) is a strong plus. Web scraping / news-feed aggregation.
