Car registration search using api and my own database to produce power increase after tuning/remap

I'm looking for someone to build front and backend uk vehicle registration search using ukdata API. The search box will allow for a vehicle registration number to be entered in search box and the api from uk data company will return sufficient details to determine the make, model,year,etc of that car. My website will use that information to search my own hosted sql database and produce a visual page with an image of the type of car and information of current power and expected power after the vehicle is tuned. I have a manual search on my website just now using same sql database that will be used for the registration search and match the specific vehicle.
