Fix AI Phone Bot Booking Issue

So I've got a Vapi voice bot set up for my business that answers calls and is supposed to book appointments into my calendar. Problem is it keeps getting confused when people say stuff like "next Tuesday" or "tomorrow afternoon" and either books the wrong day or just doesn't book it at all. It's not a huge rebuild, the bot mostly works fine for the basic conversation part, it's really just this one date and time understanding piece that's broken. I think it's something to do with how the prompt is set up or maybe how it's passing the date info to my calendar, honestly not totally sure, that's why I need someone who actually knows this stuff. I'm using Vapi connected to Google Calendar through n8n I believe, whoever set it up originally isn't around anymore to ask. If you've fixed voice bot issues like this before that would be great, would love to see an example. Trying to get this sorted quick since I'm losing bookings over it.
