Full-Stack Developer for Legacy Platform Rebuild, Automation & Long-Term Product Development

We’re a growing company with an established business and an existing software ecosystem that has evolved over many years. The platform is actively used by customers and internal teams, but the current codebase has become increasingly difficult to maintain, extend, and scale. We’re looking for a senior-level Full-Stack Developer or team to help us modernize the platform, gradually replace legacy components, and introduce new automation workflows across the business. This is not a greenfield MVP—it's a business-critical system that requires careful planning, ownership, and long-term thinking. The platform currently includes: * Backend systems powering daily operations * Mobile applications for iOS and Android * Customer-facing web applications * Internal admin dashboard and operational tools * Multiple third-party API integrations Key objectives: * Audit and understand the existing architecture * Refactor or rebuild legacy components where necessary * Improve system scalability, performance, and security * Implement workflow automation to reduce manual processes * Modernize backend services and API structure * Enhance mobile and web user experiences * Support production releases and ongoing maintenance * Create a foundation for future growth and feature development We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in: * Full-stack development * Mobile app development * Web app development * Backend development * REST APIs / API integration * Authentication, permissions, and user roles * Admin dashboards and internal business tools * Workflow automation * SaaS platforms and operational software * Existing product takeovers and modernization projects This role goes beyond implementation.
