Full-Stack Developer Needed — Multi-Portal School Uniform Ordering & Admin Management Platform

We need a custom web-based platform built for managing school/club uniform ordering campaigns. The system consists of 4 portals: 1. SUPER ADMIN PANEL (Briz Sports Admin) - Login / Forgot Password (email-based) - Dashboard (overview stats) - Customer Management (add/edit schools, clubs, organizations) - Campaign Management (create/edit ordering campaigns per school, campaign code, access code, designer assignment, campaign icon) - Campaign Launch Pack Email (automated email to customers on launch) - Product Management (add/edit products - jerseys, polos, jackets etc., pricing, deadlines, product images) - Product Sizing (size groups, size charts, size chart library - reusable across products) - Staff Management (sales staff accounts, active/inactive status) - Designer Management (same structure as staff) - Product Type Templates (reusable defaults - size group, size chart, discount %, optional fields like nickname/house selection/address) - Discount Management (multiple discount rule options per product) - Email Management (configure sender/receiver addresses) 2. SCHOOL / CLUB ADMIN PORTAL - Login / Forgot Password - Dashboard - Orders (list, filterable by campaign) - Order Detail view - Download Orders (generate & export reports, PDF/CSV) 3. PARENT / STUDENT ORDERING PORTAL - Campaign access via code - Product browsing & ordering with size selection - Optional fields per product (nickname, house colour, address collection) - Checkout & payment 4. INTERNAL STAFF PORTAL (Designer / Sales Team) - Role-based access to assigned campaigns/customers GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - Fully responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile) across all 4 portals - Clean, modern, professional UI/UX - Secure authentication across all admin/staff logins - Scalable database structure (schools, campaigns, products, orders, sizes) DELIVERABLES: - Complete working application (frontend + backend + database) - Deployment to hosting/server - Basic documentation for admin usage We're open to discussing wireframes/UX approach with the selected team before development begins.
