Full-Stack React Developer for California based custom SaaS shop / product development studio

Hey there, I run a custom SaaS and AI consultancy shop with 5-7 active client projects at a time (https://tidera.ai) We build practical software across several industries: production tools for Los Angeles film and creative teams, finance and operations platforms for New York clients, and content/education products with AI features. Most of our work involves dashboards, admin tools, document systems, automations, data flows, and workflow-heavy SaaS products. We’re looking for a reliable full-stack developer to help maintain and improve these products. The work includes React UI fixes, responsive cleanup, backend/API debugging, data wiring, admin dashboard improvements, and feature work from detailed ClickUp tickets. We work from a Kanban board in an agile/scrum style, with daily 15-minute standups, Discord communication, and close collaboration with a QA engineer. AI-assisted development is a core part of our workflow. We use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding tools every day. You should know how to use these tools well: plan before coding, inspect an existing codebase, break down a change, avoid careless copy-paste output, verify your work, and write clear handoffs. Typical tasks include: - React UI fixes and responsive layout cleanup - Admin dashboards, forms, modals, tables, and workflow screens - Budget/version tables, crew workflows, contractor workflows, and PO flows - Document builders, PDF generation, signing flows, and file naming logic - Blog/admin tools, contact forms, media uploads, and image handling - Backend/API fixes with Postgres, Supabase, S3/CloudFront, Google Drive, and related services - AI features such as chatbot flows, RAG, pgvector, and content ingestion Ideal experience: - Strong React, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills - Backend/API experience with Postgres, Supabase, or similar tools - Strong working knowledge of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and AI-assisted development best practices - Good debugging instincts in existing codebases - Good eye for UI detail and product polish - Comfortable working from ClickUp tickets and QA feedback - Clear communicator who can stay active in Discord and join short daily standups This is ongoing part-time work for someone dependable, detail-oriented, AI-fluent, and comfortable moving between bug fixes, feature tickets, and product polish.
