Full-Stack React Native Developer needed for a Multi-Phase IOS App Overhaul

//Project Overview We are looking for an efficient React Native (Expo) & Node.js Developer who actively leverages modern AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development and deliver high-quality code fast. The project is a utility, value calculator, and marketplace trading hub app for a major online gaming ecosystem. You will be working alongside myself and my partner—he built and architected the entire app, but no longer has time to allocate to finishing the project, which is why we are hiring a freelancer. He will be available on calls and messaging to answer technical questions, provide guidance, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process throughout the project. We are looking for a developer to complete Sprint 1 efficiently and seamlessly transition into Sprints 2 and 3 to finish the entire app rebuild. //Sprint 1 Scope Sprint 1 consists of a clean set of UI polish, minor bug fixes, and configuration updates, including: Fixing dark mode styling and text contrast issues. Updating bottom navigation tab bar touch targets and explicit text labels. Replacing loading animations and configuring launch splash assets. Overriding text labels and adjusting marketplace feed sorting logic. Implementing dynamic win/loss color borders on trade cards based on point variances. Updating profile avatar asset grids and support links. A granular, line-by-line developer brief will be provided immediately upon hire. //Future Sprints (Upcoming Milestones) Sprint 2: Auth Expansion (Google/Apple/Guest), RevenueCat Paywall Entitlements, AdMob Rewarded Video Gates, Dynamic Calculator Redesign, and Active Trade Limits. Sprint 3: Apple UGC Reporting/Block Engine, Functional Report System, Language i18n Localization, Dual-Mode Search, and Historical Value Analytics. //Required Skills & Workflow Frameworks: React Native, Expo, and TypeScript. Backend & API: Node.js, AWS Amplify, and RESTful APIs. Workflow: Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up implementation while maintaining clean, maintainable architecture. Monetization (Plus for Sprints 2 & 3): RevenueCat and Google AdMob. Communication: Clear communication, proactive updates, and ability to collaborate alongside our technical lead.
