🚀 We're Hiring: IT Developer (WordPress, Migrations & Web Development) We are looking for a highly responsive and execution-focused IT Developer to support ongoing website development, migrations, hosting management, and landing page implementation. Key Requirements: ✅ Strong WordPress experience ✅ WP Engine administration and website management ✅ Elementor development and customization ✅ Website migrations (hosting, domains, staging to production) ✅ GitHub and source code management. UX design ✅ Ruby on Rails experience (preferred) ✅ Landing page creation and rapid deployment ✅ Website security implementation (CAPTCHA, spam prevention, security best practices) ✅ DNS, SSL certificates, redirects, and hosting configurations ✅ Troubleshooting and technical support across multiple websites What We're Looking For: • Fast execution and strong attention to detail • Ability to deliver tasks within 24 hours when required • Excellent communication and project follow-through • Experience working with marketing and business teams • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have: • Experience with CRM integrations • API integrations • SEO technical implementations • Experience with modern website builders and AI-powered web development tools This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving problems, and helping businesses launch and maintain high-quality websites.
