A rapidly growing SaaS company is expanding its automation capabilities and is looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to lead the design and implementation of intelligent workflows. We are modernizing our operations by connecting business systems, AI services, and internal databases into a unified automation platform. This project requires someone who can think beyond simple automations and design maintainable, scalable solutions. Project Overview We need a centralized automation platform connecting CRM, finance, customer support, and internal operations using AI. The successful freelancer will evaluate our current processes, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and build a production-ready solution that reduces manual effort while improving reliability and visibility across the business. Current Tech Stack n8n, Make.com, OpenAI API, Claude, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, Supabase, FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs, JSON, SQL. Scope of Work Design end-to-end workflow automation. Build API integrations and custom webhooks. Develop AI agents and prompt workflows. Implement business process automation. Create reusable modules. Configure monitoring, retries, logging and alerts. Produce technical documentation. Support testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.
