Senior AI Agent Engineer - Build an AI Quality Assurance Agent for Customer Conversations

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer to build an internal AI Quality Assurance and Performance Management system for a fast-growing subscription-based digital business. The AI will integrate with our existing customer messaging platform and automatically review conversations, score each team member against our internal SOPs, identify strengths and weaknesses, assess grammar, communication quality, sales effectiveness, rapport, compliance, and flag high-priority issues requiring manager review. The system should generate individual performance reports, recommend targeted training based on performance gaps, create performance improvement plans where required, and provide a management dashboard to track team performance and improvement over time. This is not a simple chatbot project. We are looking for someone with experience building production AI systems using technologies such as OpenAI, Python, APIs, and modern AI agent frameworks. Experience with conversation analysis, LLM workflows, AI automations, and scalable software architecture is highly preferred. This is the first project in a larger AI roadmap. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become our long-term AI engineering partner as we build AI systems across multiple areas of the business. Please answer the following too: 1.
