Senior AI Automation Engineer / AI Systems Architect About the Project I am the founder of a growing business ecosystem that includes: * ALCD Systems (a proprietary SaaS platform for licensed care providers) * Care Operator Blueprint (education and coaching company) * Entrepreneur Advantage Hub * Additional businesses under one parent company I am building an AI-powered operating system that connects my AI agents, human employees, virtual assistants, software, and automations into one coordinated ecosystem. This is NOT a chatbot project. I’m looking for someone who can architect and build the foundation of an AI operations platform. ⸻ The Vision The goal is to create an AI workforce where AI agents communicate with each other, assign work, monitor operations, trigger automations, and assist my team without me being the bottleneck. Examples include: * AI COO * Sales AI * Operations AI * Client Success AI * Marketing AI * HR AI * Compliance AI * Finance AI The AI agents should communicate with one another when appropriate and work alongside my human team. ⸻ Current Software Current systems include: * ALCD Systems (our proprietary SaaS platform) * GoHighLevel * Slack * Google Workspace * OpenAI * Claude * Base44 (internal tools) * Various APIs and webhooks Future tools may include Supabase and other supporting technologies if appropriate. ⸻ What I Need I need someone who can: * Review my current architecture. * Recommend the best technical architecture. * Connect multiple software platforms using APIs and webhooks. * Build automations using n8n. * Help create an AI orchestration layer between my software and AI agents. * Design scalable workflows that can grow as my businesses grow. * Document everything that is built. * Recommend best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. I value practical solutions over unnecessary complexity. ⸻ Required Skills You should have strong experience with: * n8n * API integrations * REST APIs * Webhooks * OpenAI APIs * Claude APIs * Slack integrations * GoHighLevel * Supabase (or similar databases) * AI workflow automation * System architecture Bonus experience: * Multi-agent AI systems * LangGraph * CrewAI * MCP (Model Context Protocol) * Docker * PostgreSQL * Vector databases ⸻ First Milestone (MVP) The first engagement is to create the foundation. I am looking for someone who can deliver a strong MVP first, then continue improving and expanding the system over time if we work well together.** Communication I appreciate proactive communication. If something can be built in a better way, I want recommendations.
