Senior Full Stack Developer for Web & Mobile App — Next.js / React Native / MongoDB

We are looking for an experienced senior full stack developer to help build, improve, and deploy our web and mobile application. The project includes a web platform, iOS/Android mobile apps, backend APIs, database work, and cloud deployment. This is a hands-on development role for someone who can work across the product stack and help us move quickly from development to a stable, production-ready application. Current / Preferred Stack Our current direction is based around: - Next.js / React for web - React Native for iOS and Android - MongoDB or similar NoSQL database - Backend APIs and third-party integrations - Cloud deployment for production We are looking for someone who is comfortable working within this type of stack and can also advise on the best technical decisions where needed. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain web application features using Next.js / React - Develop and improve mobile app features using React Native for iOS and Android - Build and maintain backend APIs for users, app workflows, data handling, and integrations - Work with MongoDB or a similar database structure - Help deploy and manage the application in a cloud environment - Debug, test, and improve existing features - Help organize the codebase for maintainability and future scaling - Communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and technical tradeoffs Required Experience This is a senior-level, hands-on role. Required experience includes: - Strong experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript - Strong experience with Next.js, React, or similar modern web frameworks - Proven React Native experience for iOS and Android mobile apps - Backend API development experience - Experience working with MongoDB or similar databases - Experience deploying production applications to cloud platforms - Experience with authentication, user roles, dashboards, payments, or subscriptions - Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, Render, Railway, or similar platforms - Experience preparing apps for Apple App Store and Google Play submission - Experience with push notifications, analytics, and admin panels - Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and production monitoring - Ability to work independently, debug issues, and make practical technical decisions Project Stage We already have a clear product direction and need a developer who can help execute across web, mobile, backend, and deployment. Some parts may already exist, but we need someone who can improve, complete, and launch the product properly. Ideal Candidate The ideal person is a practical senior full stack developer who can handle frontend, backend, mobile, and deployment tasks. We are not looking for someone who only does UI or only does backend. We need someone who can own features end-to-end and help make good technical decisions. This is not a UI-only or junior developer role. Engagement We are looking for someone available for consistent work.
