ABOUT THE PROJECT We are building a multi-tenant AI-powered SaaS platform for enterprise clients. This is a long-term engagement with NDA required before sharing full details. Project is divided into 3 phases: PHASE 1 Foundation (Budget $5,000) Duration: 6-8 weeks Multi-tenant architecture with Supabase Row Level Security. Authentication and authorization system with role-based access control. Admin dashboard and user dashboard with clean modern UI. REST API development with Node.js and Express. Database schema design with PostgreSQL. Stripe subscription billing with multiple plan tiers. Basic AI integration with Anthropic Claude API. Deployment on Vercel with proper environment configuration. PHASE 2 — AI Features (Budget $8,000) Duration: 8-10 weeks Advanced Claude API integration with streaming responses. Document processing and OCR for automated data extraction. AI-powered analytics dashboard with real-time insights. Automated workflow engine for business process automation. Real-time features with Supabase Realtime subscriptions. Advanced reporting system with exportable data. PHASE 3 — Scale (Budget $12,000) Duration: 10-12 weeks Performance optimization and load testing. Multi-region deployment for global users. Advanced security hardening and penetration testing. Third party API integrations based on business needs. Mobile responsive PWA with offline capabilities. Full technical documentation and handover.
