Dear experts, We're planning to implement an AI customer service automated reply system on the Shopee platform. Although Shopee already offers its own automated AI, However, It often provides incorrect message replies, which could lead to complaints or fines. We are looking to develop a custom HTML or Chrome extension system that can automate customer replies, respond to reviews, and send bulk notifications (such as restock alerts). We are currently using a third-party plugin, but it is quite expensive and lacks AI-driven customer service capabilities, offering only basic notification features. Because of these limitations, we have decided to build our own solution. Here are the development requirements: 1. Full compliance with Shopee's rules: We cannot send bulk messages that could result in accounts being frozen. 2. Technical approach: We would prefer to use an API. However, based on our current research, using an API seems unlikely. It is more probable that we will need to develop a Chrome extension. The software we are currently using is a Chrome-based extension that likely connects to a remote computer. 3. It is simple to use and very easy to maintain. Our customers' questions are quite straightforward, so we don't need an overly complex knowledge base. If a customer has an issue, it can be transferred to a live agent. A message or notification should probably pop up to prompt the agent to take over the conversation. The system shouldn't run on a local machine; it would be better to host it on a VPS for remote processing. As for the AI that handles customer replies, we can use a local deployment. We don't need to use any tokens at all because the vast majority of these inquiries are repetitive and mundane. Our goal is simply to replace manual responses and eliminate incorrect information. Could you help us add the following features: 1. A CSV filter for importing large blacklists and flagging problematic customers 2. An automated review reply system 3. A reminder function for picking up goods, with settings for 2-day and 1-day countdowns This is a general outline of what we are looking for.
