Telemarketing Company Needed for B2C Cold Calls

I have a campaign that requires telesale agents. I will initially need 4 agents and will need 40 agents in 3-4 months. It is cold calling B2C sales job. I’m looking to pay $5 an hour. (Budget: $2 - $8 USD, Jobs: Sales, Telemarketing)
