Web Developer for a Financial Services Company

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain a modern financial services website that allows users to submit online applications seamlessly. The primary goal of this project is to create a high-converting, user-friendly application platform similar to — or better than — leading websites in the industry. The website should be optimized for user experience, lead generation, and application completion rates. Key Requirements: • Develop a secure online application system that automatically saves and records all applicant data, including partially completed applications, so that no lead information is lost. • Create an intuitive and mobile-responsive user interface that works flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Integrate third-party APIs and services as required (identity verification, banking verification, CRM systems, email/SMS notifications, etc.). • Build an administrative dashboard that allows staff to view, manage, search, filter, and track applications in real time. • Implement automated workflows, including email and SMS notifications, application status updates, and follow-up reminders for incomplete applications. • Ensure strong security measures are in place to protect customer information and comply with applicable privacy regulations. • Optimize website speed, performance, and conversion rates through best development practices. • Provide reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor application volume, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior. • Create a scalable architecture that allows future enhancements and integrations.
