WordPress Developer Needed to Fix File Upload, Email Notifications & Client Downloads - OCA

Project Overview I need an experienced WordPress developer to troubleshoot and repair several issues on my WordPress website (OCA). The site allows clients to place orders, and I upload completed reports for them to download. Several parts of this workflow are no longer functioning correctly and need to be restored. Scope of Work 1. Repair File Upload Feature Fix the file upload process used when marking an order as complete. The completed report must be correctly attached to the client's order and submitted successfully. Once the upload is complete, I should receive a confirmation email verifying that the upload was successful. At this stage, no notification should be sent to the client. 2. Restore Client Download Access Clients are currently unable to download their completed reports. I'm not sure whether this is related to the file upload issue, so this should be investigated as part of the troubleshooting process. Clients are only supposed to receive notifications at specific release points, but they are currently not receiving any notifications. 3. Investigate and Stop Spam Emails Determine why the website is generating spam or unwanted emails and resolve the issue so that only legitimate website notifications are sent. 4. Verify Website Backups Ensure the website backup system is functioning correctly and that backups are running as expected. 5. Test the Complete Workflow Before the project is considered complete, thoroughly test the entire process: Client places an order. Administrator uploads the completed report. The report is successfully attached to the order. Administrator receives a successful upload confirmation email. Client receives notifications at the appropriate release point. Client can successfully download the completed report.
