WordPress Website Build — 5-Page Nonprofit Program Site (theadultvoice.org) — 7 Day Turnaround

We need a 5-page WordPress website built and launched on a new domain, theadultvoice.org, for The Adult Voice Initiative (TAVI) — a scholarship program providing speech therapy for adults who stutter, operated by a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (The Rainey Remembrance Foundation). The site is independent (its own WordPress install and hosting) but needs to be visually and structurally linked to our existing organization site, raineyfoundation.org. All copy and content are already written and will be provided, organized to fit the 5-page structure below (some light reflow needed since it was originally drafted as 9 separate pages — see note under Home/About). This is a build/implementation job, not a content or copywriting job. Scope — 5 pages Home — hero, mission summary, condensed 3-step journey teaser, short story teaser, 3 CTA buttons (Apply, Learn More, Fund a Recipient) About the Program — single long-scroll page with in-page anchor navigation combining: full personal story (with photos), Who We Serve/eligibility criteria, How It Works (step-by-step, icon/timeline layout), and Our Clinical Partner info (text + logo placement, logo to follow later) Apply Now — embedded Jotform application (form is built separately; we provide the embed code) + expectations copy Investment & FAQ — pricing table + FAQ accordion Get Involved — combines two clearly separated sections on one page: (a) Fund a Recipient — donation form (Stripe or PayPal integration, e.g. GiveWP or similar) with giving tiers, and (b) Partner With Us — corporate sponsorship tiers + a contact/inquiry form (WPForms or similar) Note: pages 3-5 still each need their own working form/integration (Jotform embed, donation form, sponsorship inquiry form) — consolidating page count doesn't reduce the form/integration work, just the navigation and template count. Requirements WordPress build using a reputable theme + page builder (Elementor, Divi, Astra/Spectra, or similar — your recommendation welcome given the budget/timeline) Mobile-responsive, clean, professional nonprofit aesthetic Smooth in-page anchor navigation for the "About the Program" page (jump links to Story / Who We Serve / How It Works / Our Partner sections) Working donation form with live payment processing (Stripe and/or PayPal) Working contact/inquiry form (email notifications to a specified inbox) Jotform embed on the Apply Now page Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt text) Footer disclosure line and cross-link back to raineyfoundation.org Clean, documented handoff: all admin/hosting credentials transferred to us at completion; no dependency on your accounts after delivery Important content note This program operates under a signed partnership agreement that requires all program-facing pages to remain neutral in tone (no religious imagery, symbols, or language), even though our parent organization is faith-based. The content we provide will already reflect this — you do not need to write or edit copy for compliance, just implement the pages as given.
