App for Card Scanning and eBay Integration

We are looking for a developer to create an app that allows users to scan cards and save them to their set. The app should be connected to eBay so that the entire set is added to the cart within the app. The goal is to make it easy for users to manage their card collections and purchase sets directly through the app.
