Australian property listing monitor — check a fixed address list weekly (VIC)

What I need I have a list of ~34,000 Victorian residential addresses (street number, street name, suburb, state, postcode). Once a week I need to know which of these addresses are currently listed for sale, and specifically which ones are newly listed since the previous week...
