Build Full Hemp Delivery System (Customer App, Driver App, Admin Panel)

We’re looking for a full-stack developer (or small team) to build the full system for a hemp delivery platform. This includes: • A customer-facing mobile app (UI/UX design already complete) • A driver mobile app (to manage inventory, deliveries, payments, and ETA) • An admin panel (to manage drivers, inventory, zones, and cash tracking) • A backend to support all components This is Version 1 (MVP), but we plan to continue building more features. We’re looking for someone reliable who is open to ongoing work beyond the MVP. ⸻ What We Need Built Customer App (Designs Already Done) • Browse and order products • Menu is tied to driver inventory in customer’s assigned zone • See ETA (but not live driver location) • Pay with cash or card on file Driver App • Login and view assigned deliveries • Inventory management: • In Storage: Items assigned by admin • On Hand: Items customer can see/order • Drivers can move items between Storage and On Hand (with limits) • Checkout flow: • Confirm or edit cart • Confirm cash or card payment (no card info visible to driver) • Lock order after checkout • Proof of delivery (photo/signature/ID scan) • Active order selection triggers ETA for customer • Tracks cash collected per shift • Logs revenue split: e.g. $60 sale = $50 company / $10 driver Admin Panel • Assign drivers to zones • Assign inventory to drivers • View all orders and delivery status • Track cash owed per driver • Mark “Cash Collected” to reset balances • View storage vs on-hand inventory for each driver ⸻ Tech Stack Preferences (Open to Suggestions) • Frontend: Flutter or React Native • Backend: Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js w/ Express • Database: Firestore, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • Admin Panel: React, Vue, or similar web stack • Integrations: Stripe, Google Maps API, cloud storage for delivery proof ⸻ What We’ll Provide • Finalized UI/UX designs for the customer app • A detailed written scope for the driver app and admin panel • Branding assets if needed (logo, colors, etc.) ⸻ Timeline We’re aiming to launch the MVP in 8–10 weeks ✅ This is a long-term project—we’d like to continue working with you to add more features after launch. ⸻ To Apply, Please Include: • A short intro and your relevant experience • Examples of previous mobile apps, delivery systems, or admin dashboards you’ve built • Your preferred tech stack • Estimated cost and timeline to build MVP • Whether you’re a solo developer or part of a team
