Building a telegram bot for stock market.

I would like a Telegram-based trading bot where I send only "LONG" or "SHORT" through Telegram, typically on the previous day for the position I want to take the next trading day. On my laptop, there should be a simple console where I enter the stock name, corresponding futures contract, and the number of lots to trade. At exactly 9:15 AM, the system should automatically place a buy order for LONG or a sell order for SHORT in the selected futures contract. At exactly 3:29 PM, it should automatically square off the entire position. Only one trade should be taken per day, with no re-entry. If no signal or instrument is provided, no trade should be executed. The quantity should be calculated automatically based on the lot size of the futures contract. All trades, entry/exit prices, quantity, and P&L should be logged. The system should work with the broker API (preferably Zerodha Kite Connect). Please let me know the feasibility, timeline, and cost.
