Creation of AI intelligence platform and chatbot (automation or front end also, TBC on skillset)

Intro below, full brief attached: Overview SAIDE is an AI-powered PR intelligence platform designed to analyse media coverage, identify editorial and PR trends, and help communications professionals create stronger, more newsworthy campaign ideas. The platform will be accessed via a chatbot-style interface (frontend/UX to be built separately by Stakked). The backend AI system will ingest and analyse media coverage at scale, classify stories, identify emerging patterns, and provide strategic recommendations to PR teams. The goal is to create an AI strategist that understands how media works, how PR generates coverage, and what journalists are increasingly responding to.
