Develop a Face Recognition Web Application (Image + Video Processing) for a recruitment company

We are looking for an experienced Python developer with strong skills in computer vision and web app development to build a face recognition system. The application should be a Streamlit-based web app that allows users to upload images and videos, then automatically detects and recognises faces using a local face database. The system should be simple, efficient, and deployable using ngrok or similar tunnelling tools for public access.
