Developer needed to build a custom ads and organic social data connector

Developer needed to build an internal tool that will connect social media platform data sources (Meta, Instagram, and TikTok) to Claude and ChatGPT. I am looking for an experienced developer to build Phase 1 of an internal organic social analytics connector. The goal is a secure, read-only MCP server that pulls first-party organic Instagram and Meta performance data and makes it queryable from AI clients such as Claude and ChatGPT. See attached for scope details. This is not a generic social-media reporting project, a paid-media dashboard, a social publishing tool, or a scraping project. Please do not send a generic agency pitch. We are looking for someone who has personally built reliable API integrations and can own the technical validation as well as the implementation.
