Development Team Needed to Build AI-Powered SaaS MVP Dashboard Business Command Center

We are looking for an experienced software development company or full-stack development team to build the MVP for our new SaaS platform called StructureBiz AI Business Command Center. StructureBiz is being developed as an AI-powered business dashboard that helps entrepreneurs, small business owners, and multi-company owners organize, manage, and grow their companies from one central platform. StructureBiz is being designed for solo entrepreneurs, small business owners, and owners of one or multiple business entities. The platform should support users who operate as LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, nonprofits, holding companies, real estate companies, and multi-entity business structures. The platform will help users track their business entities, documents, compliance tasks, banking setup, websites, business credit steps, operating systems, and growth plans. A key feature will be an AI-powered button that allows users to click: “What Should I Do Next?” The system should analyze the user’s company profile, business status, documents, and task progress, then generate a practical next-action plan. We previously used a development team strategy to build the website for IronClaw Holdings, Inc., and that approach worked well. For this project, we would also prefer a serious company/team that can build the MVP first, then continue with upgrades, new features, maintenance, and long-term development. Project Goal Build a functional MVP SaaS dashboard that can later grow into a full AI business operating system. This is not just a basic website. We need a real web application with user accounts, company profiles, dashboards, AI features, document tracking, compliance reminders, and subscription billing. MVP Features Needed 1. User Registration and Login Users should be able to create an account, log in, and manage their own dashboard. 2. Company Profile Dashboard Users should be able to add and manage one or more companies. Each company profile should include fields such as: Company name Entity type State of formation EIN status Bank account status Business credit status Website/domain Business email Registered agent Officers/managers Notes Revenue status 3. Multi-Company / Enterprise View Many users may own more than one company. The dashboard should allow users to view all their companies in one place. Eventually, we want an ownership/structure map showing holding companies, operating companies, nonprofits, real estate companies, and related entities. 4. “What Should I Do Next?” AI Feature This is one of the most important features. The user should be able to click a button inside each company profile: “What Should I Do Next?” The AI should review the company’s saved information and generate a practical next-step action plan. Example: If the user has an LLC formed, EIN obtained, bank account opened, but no revenue, the AI may recommend: Define the first paid offer Build a landing page Set up Stripe Create a service agreement Begin outreach to potential customers The AI should give clear, organized, practical guidance. 5. Task Checklist System Users should be able to create, view, and complete business setup tasks.
