Here are the core features and technical requirements for the project: Lead Capturing: Automated lead ingestion from platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook Ads, tied to instant AI routing and round-robin agent assignment. Voice AI & Chatbots: Integration with Vapi or Retell AI for autonomous inbound/outbound qualifying calls, alongside an LLM-powered chatbot (Claude/GPT) for website and WhatsApp qualification that logs data directly to the CRM. SMS & Email Automations: Multi-channel drip sequences and AI-personalized follow-ups built natively using Twilio and Resend or SendGrid with a unified team inbox. Project & Transaction Management: Drag-and-drop Kanban pipelines that automatically trigger transaction checklists, task assignments, and secure document storage when a property goes under contract. Accounting Tab & Payroll: A financial module capable of tracking expenses, running complex real estate commission split calculations (including tiered broker caps), and integrating with Gusto, QuickBooks, or Stripe Connect for automated payouts.
