Expert in Claude Code + Google sheet + Clickup + RAG with DB + Telegram (Optimize process)

We are looking for a highly skilled automation engineer with deep experience in Claude Code, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Telegram, and RAG architectures to help optimize and automate our internal business processes. About the Project We operate a growing technology company and are building an AI-driven operational system that connects multiple tools into a unified workflow. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve team execution, automate decision-making processes, and create intelligent agents capable of retrieving and acting on company knowledge. Required Skills Must Have ✔ Advanced experience with Claude Code ✔ Building autonomous agents and AI workflows ✔ ClickUp API integration and workflow automation ✔ Google Sheets API and advanced spreadsheet automation ✔ PostgreSQL or similar databases ✔ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture ✔ Vector databases (pgvector preferred) ✔ Telegram Bot development ✔ API integrations ✔ Prompt engineering ✔ Python and/or TypeScript Nice to Have ➕ MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience ➕ Multi-agent systems ➕ Knowledge management systems ➕ LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks ➕ Workflow orchestration tools ➕ Experience optimizing sales, operations, or project management processes Scope of Work Examples of projects include: ClickUp Optimization • Automatically create, update, and prioritize tasks • AI-powered project management workflows • Status monitoring and execution tracking Knowledge Base & RAG • Build a company knowledge repository • Connect documents, projects, SOPs, and internal data • Enable AI agents to retrieve accurate information Telegram Operations • Telegram bot for notifications and approvals • Operational commands through Telegram • Alerts, reports, and workflow triggers Process Optimization • Analyze existing workflows • Identify bottlenecks • Propose and implement automation opportunities • Reduce manual operational workload What We Are Looking For Someone who can: • Understand business processes, not just code • Challenge existing workflows and suggest improvements • Design scalable AI architectures • Think like an operator, not only a developer • Deliver production-ready solutions To Apply Please include: Examples of Claude Code projects you have built Experience with RAG and vector databases Experience integrating ClickUp and Telegram Your preferred tech stack Why you believe you are a good fit for this project Engagement Potentially long-term.
