Full-Stack Developer Needed for Construction Management Mobile & Web Application

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a custom digital platform for our construction company. The project includes both a mobile application (iOS & Android) and a web-based admin dashboard to digitize our daily operations, improve communication, and replace manual paperwork. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable business applications from scratch and be comfortable handling both frontend and backend development. Project Overview Our goal is to create a centralized platform that manages our daily construction operations, including: Employee management Attendance and timesheets Daily site reports Task assignment and tracking Equipment and inventory management Material requests Purchase orders Expense tracking Project progress updates Photo and document uploads Client and contractor management Notifications and reminders Analytics and reporting Role-based access control The system will consist of: Mobile App for field staff and supervisors Web Dashboard for management and administrators Secure cloud backend with API Responsibilities Design and develop the complete application Build responsive web dashboard Develop cross-platform mobile application Create secure backend APIs Design database architecture Implement authentication and role-based permissions Integrate cloud storage for documents and images Build reporting dashboards Deploy application to production Provide documentation and support during launch Required Skills React / React.js React Native or Flutter Node.js (preferred) or Laravel / Django PostgreSQL or MySQL REST API development Authentication & Authorization AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Git Docker (preferred) CI/CD knowledge Nice to Have Experience building ERP or construction management software Experience with GIS or maps Offline mobile synchronization Push notifications OCR/document scanning PDF generation Experience integrating accounting software AI features for document processing or reporting Deliverables Mobile app (Android & iOS) Web application Backend API Database Admin dashboard Source code Deployment Technical documentation To Apply Please include: Examples of similar business management software you've built.
