Full-Stack Software Architect & Developer — End-to-End Build (Figma → Production)

Overview We're hiring an exceptional full-stack software architect and developer to design and build the complete software stack for OrthoAI, our new web application. This is a high-bar role: we're looking for someone who thinks like an architect and executes like a senior engineer — equally comfortable defining system design as shipping clean, production-grade code. The UX/UI is being finalized and will be delivered in Figma, so you'll be building against a defined design system rather than starting from a blank page. What you'll own Architecture — Design a scalable, maintainable end-to-end architecture spanning frontend, backend, and the logic/service layer. Frontend — Translate Figma designs into a pixel-accurate, responsive, performant UI. Backend — Build robust APIs, data models, and business logic with clean separation of concerns. Logic layer — Implement the core application logic that connects the product's intelligence to the user-facing experience. Third-party integrations — Integrate marketing pipelines, sales/CRM tools, analytics, payments, and other providers cleanly and reliably. Security — Bake in high security standards from day one (authentication/authorization, data protection, secure handling of sensitive data, dependency hygiene, and best-practice configuration). You're a strong fit if you have Proven experience architecting and shipping full-stack web applications end-to-end (please share live examples). Deep frontend skill with a modern framework (e.g., React/Next.js, Vue) and a track record of faithfully implementing Figma designs. Strong backend expertise (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) with solid API and database design. Hands-on experience integrating third-party services — especially marketing and sales tooling. A security-first mindset and familiarity with common standards and threat models. Clear communication, sound judgment on trade-offs, and the discipline to deliver maintainable code. Nice to have Experience in regulated or security-sensitive domains (e.g., healthcare/SaaS). DevOps/cloud deployment experience (CI/CD, infrastructure, monitoring).
