GoHighLevel / REI Reply Expert (Automation & Systems)

Overview: We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel / REI Reply expert to help build, optimize, and scale our CRM and automation systems. This role is highly technical and focused on creating efficient workflows, integrating multiple tools, and developing a strong backend infrastructure to support operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize workflows within GoHighLevel / REI Reply Map out business processes and translate them into automated systems Engineer robust automation pipelines with triggers and conditional logic Architect and maintain system infrastructure across multiple platforms Integrate third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Sheets, APIs) Build dashboards with custom metrics and reporting capabilities Create both simple and complex automations for marketing, sales, and operations Enable data flow between systems for deeper analytics and insights Troubleshoot, test, and continuously improve system performance Requirements: Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel and/or REI Reply Strong technical mindset with the ability to think in systems and processes Experience with workflow automation, triggers, and logic-based sequences Familiarity with Zapier and other integration tools Experience integrating Google Sheets for data syncing and analysis Ability to design and build dashboards with actionable metrics Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Development or coding experience is a plus Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms API integration experience Background in data analytics or business intelligence
