Hiring an AI Automation Engineer and Claude Code Expert for n8n Workflows and Lovable Application

We are looking for a practical AI Automation Engineer and Claude Code Expert to streamline our internal business workflows. We need a developer who can seamlessly connect our core tools like HubSpot and Airtable using n8n and the Anthropic API to automate repetitive data routing and lead management tasks. Our focus is on eliminating manual work and building smart, autonomous systems that immediately improve our operational efficiency. Beyond workflow automation, you will be responsible for rapid full stack application building. You will use Claude Code alongside Lovable and Figma to design and deploy custom dashboards and internal tools. We also need help configuring a Claude Cowork environment for our team, setting up a local Claude MCP server, and maximizing our prompt token efficiency under the Claude Max plan. The ideal candidate understands how to solve real business problems without relying on confusing technical jargon. We value a "show, don't tell" approach and prefer working with developers who can demonstrate their expertise through tangible assets.
