I need someone to help me fix and improve a speech recognition and feedback tool on my ESL PHP web

I need someone to help me fix and improve an existing speech recognition and feedback tool on my English As a Second Language PHP website. The existing tool works in the following away: users click on enabled sentences in the website course, they listen to them, then they click on the microphone and start speaking. After they finish speaking, they get a pop-up window that shows the phrase, displaying in blue the words pronounced correctly, and displaying in red the words pronounced incorrectly, along with a final grade and a note that goes from very bad to excellent. The problem is that somebody made some changes to the website, and now the tool doesn't work properly: it says that it does not receive enough sound from the microphone, but the tool has been tested in 12 different devices locations, and sometimes it does work, but most it doesn't. So the tasks for you will be: 1. Fix the problem so that the microphone is always heard and the pop-up window shows and grade sentence as it used to do it. 2. When the sentence works, sometimes a few words are marked incorrectly, even though I need speaker pronounce system. Fix this, I said before this didn't use to happen. 3. Make the microphone icon that is clicked to let the user speak disappear and be changed for a "stop button", and only when this button is clicked the sentence should be graded. 4. Make an animation that shows a filling circle that goes from 0 to 100% based on the percentage of words pronounced correctly appear. If you can do this, the pay will be $15 after successful completion.
