Need a Lead MERN Stack Developer (with AI Integration Experience) to build a SaaS URL Shortener

We are looking for an experienced Lead MERN stack developer to architect and build a modern, high-performance URL shortener SaaS. The application needs to go beyond basic link shrinking and provide professional marketing tools powered by AI. Core Features Required: • Custom Branded Domains: Users must be able to connect their own domains via CNAME to create branded links (e.g., brand.co/link ). • Dynamic QR Codes: The system should automatically generate a downloadable, brand-customizable QR code for every shortened link. • Built-in UTM Builder: A seamless UI for marketers to append UTM tags (source, medium, campaign) before shortening. • Advanced Analytics Dashboard: Real-time tracking of clicks and QR scans, broken down by geographic location, date, and device type. • SaaS Subscription Billing: Must include a multi-tier subscription system (Free, Pro, Growth) integrated with Razorpay/PayPal for automated monthly billing. • AI-Powered Utilities: Deep AI integration (Gemini/OpenAI) to provide an AI Chatbot assistant, plus auto-suggest features for optimized URL slugs, UTM tags, landing page copy, and custom domains. Tech Stack: React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, TailwindCSS, AI APIs.
